PHIT seeks to provide an interactive space for students to gain knowledge, provoke thoughtful discussion, and advocate for innovations and technologies that positively impact global public health. Built Environment & Health Student Consortium at the Harvard Chan School
The Built Environment & Health Student Consortium (BEHSC) at Harvard Chan aims to promote student-driven innovative research and problem solving in built environment, where complex issues regarding urbanization, population growth and environmental changes challenge our conventional public health approach. Our goal is to provide students with a diverse and interdisciplinary toolkit that facilitates partnerships across sectors and socially just decision making. This consortium strives to generate discussion, create evidence, share narratives and build collaborations concerned with thorough comprehension of built environment and powerful actions for human health. -
HMS Innovation Network (Makerspace)
The Harvard Health Innovation Network highlights key healthcare and life sciences innovation & entrepreneurship events and opportunities offered by Harvard organizations & Harvard affiliated hospitals. -
Community Development Project
Harnesses the academic and professional resources of Harvard University to facilitate civic engagement in community and economic development projects in underserved communities. -

Our mission is to develop research, pedagogical content, and educational programs that help students, social innovators, and organizations around the world, navigate the challenges of initiating and implementing social change. -

Alumni for Education
H.A.Ed. is the Harvard Alumni community Special Interest Group focused on Education. It provides a forum for alumni from all schools, disciplines, and professions to share field expertise, research, and ideas. H.A.Ed. encourages engagement, cross-sector partnerships, professional exchanges, and mentorship opportunities for members of the Harvard alumni community. H.A.Ed. enables alumni to stay connected to world class scholars engaged in research and teaching at the University, and helps facilitate the transfer of the usable knowledge generated by the Academy into practice. H.A.Ed. empowers Harvard alumni to make a difference by bringing them together in both conversation and action. H.A.Ed welcomes students and the public to participate in special events. -
LEAD
LEAD convenes to explore the research and practice of Organizational Behavior, Personal Leadership Development, and the Teaching of Leadership. Our three goals are: 1. To enhance our members’ knowledge & practice in these areas, 2. prepare our members for diverse careers 3. encourage ongoing professional and social cross-pollination amongst our members. -
HGSE STEAM Team
STEAM Team is a student-led effort to ignite communications between disparate fields in research, business and industry. Our focus is broad, but our starting point is in uniting the Arts with STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics). We will collaborate to create learning opportunities for our STEAM Team members, HGSE, and our community. -
HGSE Rural Educators Alliance
We intend to create a space for students interested in rural education to discuss some of the challenges facing rural schools today and how we can utilize the tools provided to us through HGSE to be effective change makers in those spaces. Additionally, we will raise awareness throughout HGSE of the conversations around rural schools in order to ensure that all HGSE students have the knowledge of rural schools necessary in order to bring that into their future work.
