  • 3D Virtual Global Classroom

    The purpose of this project is to develop a 3D Virtual Global Classroom software to make online courses more interesting and interactive between students and instructors. 
  • Usmosis

    Usmosis solves weak student engagement for distant learning communities creating connectivity through sincere peer engagement and virtual worlds.
  • Making “Inclass” into a campus-wide educational technology app store

    Awardee will scale the availability of the SEAS educational technology (edtech) app store across the University.
  • Creating real-time connections in online courses

    Awardees evaluated types of interactivity between faculty and students and generated a resource guide of best practices to assist instructors in interacting with online and residential students in Canvas.
  • Extending active classroom activities to online students

    Awardees developed methods for online students to participate in active learning exercises designed for the traditional classroom.
  • Writing Center

    The Writing Center offers one-on-one tutorials to registered Extension School students working on any writing assignment related to Extension School coursework.
  • Math Question Center

    The Math Question Center support students in Harvard Extension School math and calculus courses, introductory statistics, and economy classes.
  • DCE Instructional Technology Group: integrated learning technologies

    Provides ITS support to the Extension and Summer School, the Harvard Institute for Learning in Retirement, and the Professional Development Programs.
  • Office of Digital Teaching and Learning

    Supports pedagogical and technical aspects of course design, development and implementation, for instructors in Extension and Summer School.
