• SEAS “Active Learning Lab”

    The SEAS academic plan emphasizes the need for hands-on engineering experiences and student design projects. The Active Learning Laboratories are expected to take the lead and excel in supporting these student experiences.
  • Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB)

    Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB) seeks to empower a dynamic group of enterprising young women, uniting them through business education and experience. Through panels, conferences, outreach initiatives, skill-building workshops, leadership projects, mentorship programs, and social events, HUWIB seeks to expose undergraduate women to a variety of business careers.
  • Harvard College Japan Initiative

    Its mission is twofold: to connect Harvard Students with opportunities in Japan (summer camps, internships, WinterSessions etc), and to introduce Japanese students to the liberal arts education in the U.S. It also aims to promote the exchange of ideas and perspectives among Harvard students, Harvard faculty more widely, between students in the U.S and students Japanese students through discussions about political and social issues surrounding U.S.-Japan relations.
  • Harvard iGEM (International Genetically Engineered Machine)

    Harvard iGem engages with the public in conversations about the positive and negative potential of synthetic biology applications, to dispel common misconceptions, and gain a better understanding of community concerns. They also mentor budding high school iGEM teams in their research and competition and participate in the iGEM competition where they share their projects with an international audience, connect with other teams of synthetic biologists, relevant companies, and organizations.
  • Harvard Undergraduate BGLTQ Business Society (HUBBS)

    HUBBS is dedicated to opening pathways for BGLTQ students interested in finance, consulting, technology, and other business sectors to pursue their career goals through advising, discussion series, and panel talks.
  • Writing Center

    The Writing Center offers one-on-one tutorials to registered Extension School students working on any writing assignment related to Extension School coursework.
  • Math Question Center

    The Math Question Center support students in Harvard Extension School math and calculus courses, introductory statistics, and economy classes.
  • DCE Instructional Technology Group: integrated learning technologies

    Provides ITS support to the Extension and Summer School, the Harvard Institute for Learning in Retirement, and the Professional Development Programs.
  • Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies

    "The Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies (CES) was founded in 1969 at Harvard’s Faculty of Arts and Sciences to promote the interdisciplinary understanding of European history, politics, economy and societies. Its mission is threefold: - To foster the study of and innovative research on Europe among Harvard faculty as well as graduate and undergraduate students. - To facilitate the training of new generations of scholars and experts in European studies. - To serve as a forum for vibrant discussions on European history and contemporary affairs which nurture the exchange of ideas across disciplines, sectors, generations, and across the Atlantic."
  • FAS Center for Writing and Communicating Ideas

    Harvard Griffin GSAS is dedicated to helping students from all disciplines hone their writing and communication skills, as they move from seminar papers to fellowship proposals, articles, dissertation chapters, and everything in between. Writing/speaking consultations and workshops for GSAS students.
