GenAI in Teaching & Learning LogoThe Harvard Initiative for Learning and Teaching (HILT) will pilot a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in Teaching and Learning Affinity Group for Harvard affiliates who are seeking to attend small, regular meetings for sharing resources, success, and challenges around the integration of GenAI into teaching and learning. We will host two virtual sessions this summer to start. Our first session will be held on:

Wednesday, June 12: 12:00pm to 1:00pm ET via Zoom  RSVP HERE

In our initial meeting, we will explore how system prompts powered by generative AI can transform the teaching and learning process by providing personalized, on-demand guidance to learners while also assisting educators in identifying key areas of learner development. Mae Klinger, Assistant Director for Digital Learning Design at the Harvard Kennedy School will provide a demonstration of system prompting using the PingPong tutor bot developed at HKS. Participants will be invited to engage in a hands-on activity.

Future sessions will be promoted through the HILT Newsletter and to our affinity group membership listserv. More information.
