Food Futures

Summary: Food Futures is a game-based food and sustainability curriculum for high school students. It takes a combined approach of design thinking and systems thinking to explore how our everyday food consumption interacts with the wider domains of food production, national policy, water consumption, greenhouse emission, and animal welfare. Through project-based challenges, students first learn information about food systems and then use that information to enact policy decisions about causal relationship; moreover, they see how their actions as consumers, producers, Industrialists and other stakeholders have an impact globally.
