Looking to enhance your school's online learning services? This interactive panel session introduces a novel course design support model – the Online Learning Fellows. Developed at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL), this year-long apprenticeship initiative aims to expand staffing capacity and integrate student-centric design approaches. Three graduating fellows will discuss their inspirations, contributions, and insights gained as they transition into the learning design workforce.

Speakers: Tianxinyi Liu, Elva Si, Nina Villanova, Haejung Chung
