This interactive panel session introduces a novel course design support model – the Online Learning Fellows. Developed at the Harvard Graduate School of Education's Teaching and Learning Lab (TLL), this year-long apprenticeship initiative aims to expand staffing capacity and integrate student-centric design approaches.
