Location: Conference plenary sessions will take place in Klarman Hall, located on the Harvard Business School campus in Allston, MA. Concurrent breakout sessions and lunch will be held in the 2nd floor of Batten Hall between 10:50 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please note breakout session locations below.
Where do I check-in?
Registration will be located outside of Klarman Auditorium from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. We will move to the 2nd floor of Batten Hall from 10:40 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and return to Klarman Hall between 12:40 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Registered attendees may participate in concurrent breakout sessions which will begin at 10:50 a.m. in the following locations within Batten Hall, 2nd floor on the Harvard Business School campus.

Lunch location and optional activities
Lunch will be available at 12:00 p.m. in Batten Hall, 2nd floor. Attendees are welcome to sit in any of the spaces on the second floor and connect with colleagues. HILT Affinity Groups Co-chairs will be in Batten Hive 201 to connect with folks eager to learn more about their communities. The Harvard Generative AI Sandbox will be available to demo in Batten Hive 205.
