# 2023 Event Logistics **Day-of contacts:** You can reach HILT on conference day at . **Location:** Conference **plenary sessions** will take place in **Klarman Hall**, located on the Harvard Business School campus in Allston, MA. Concurrent **breakout sessions and lunch** will be held in the **2nd floor of Batten Hall** between 10:50 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please note breakout session locations below. **Where do I check-in?** Registration will be located outside of **Klarman Auditorium from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m**.
